Most of our garments are true to size unless specified otherwise. Since most of our pieces are unisex, they have a more relaxed fit.
How should I care for my garment?
To preserve the quality, longevity and integrity of your peice instructions are as follows:
Wash in cold water, avoid bleach.
Tumble dry on low heat OR air dry.
Detailed care instructions will also provided on the garment's label.
Rose In Brooklyn waives responsibility for any product damages that occur due to improper care.
ORDER TRACKING AND SHIPPING
How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email as receipt of purchase. We create each piece as they are ordered, so all orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Note: Shipment can take between 3 to 5 business days after order processing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking information in the email used to place your order. This number can be used on the carrier's website to monitor the status of your shipment. Tracking updates are typically available within 48-72 hours of shipping.
What if my order has been sent back to Rose In Brooklyn?
In the event your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you via the email to reship your order to the correct address. All email queries sent by Rose In Brooklyn will need a response within 30 days to be able to receive re-shipment. Once it is past the 30 day window, the order will no longer be valid.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Can I cancel my order?
Requesting to cancel your order does not guarantee order cancellation. If you would like to begin a request for a cancellation, you can do so by emailing rosebudsupport@roseinbrooklyn.com
All decisions for cancellations are based on when the order was placed. Once an order has been fulfilled/shipped it cannot be cancelled.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns as all sales are FINAL. However, if you received an incorrect size we will work with you to get you your proper size!
What is your refund policy?
Refund requests are dealt with on a case by case basis and are NOT GUARANTEED. If you would like to submit a refund claim, email us at rosebudsupport@roseinbrooklyn.com with your order number, name + “refund claim” in the subject line as well as a brief summary of why you’re making a claim.
Please note: Rose In Brooklyn reserves all rights to void any orders/decline any claims that are deemed fraudulent by Shopify payment system.
INCORRECT SIZE/DAMAGED ITEMS
What if I am sent the wrong size?
If you have have received the wrong size garment, no worries! Contact us at rosebudsupport@roseinbrooklyn.comwithin 10 DAYS of receipt with your order number, name and correct sizing - we’ll be sure to get your proper size to you.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Rose In Brooklyn is committed to delivering quality pieces to our customers and we sincerely apologize if your garment arrives in poor condition. Please contact us within 15 DAYSof receiving your pieceat rosebudsupport@roseinbrooklyn.com. In your email be sure to include your order number + name in the subject line, and a photograph of the damage. Once verified, we will work to send you a replacement.
